Our staff are our biggest and most valuable resource and we are dedicated to making sure they are taken care of. All of our staff are eligible for the below benefits:-

Medical Aid- Guard-Alert pays 100% of the contributions for medical aid for all of our staff to ensure that they are all able to receive medical attention if and when they need it.
Funeral Cover
Loans
Cash-in-lieu of leave days
USD payments- to help our staff in these hard economic times we pay every member of staff a percentage of their salary in USD.
