No you do not need to test your alarm.
What happens if I set my alarm off accidentally?
If your alarm goes off accidentally make sure that you have your phone close by so you can let us know when we call you.
Can I have an alarm if I have pets?
Yes. We will just make sure that the outside sensors and beams are higher than the pets.
How much does rapid response cost?
For residential customers rapid response costs 2430ZiG/quarter and for commercial customers it costs 3330ZiG/quarter.
How do I maintain my electric fence?
Make sure that no plants or branches are obstructing the wires.
Can I get rapid response if I have an alarm from a different company?
Yes, once we have done a site survey and checked the alarm is working we can link it to our rapid response system.
