How are Armsec guards chosen and trained?

Armsec guards are chosen from a pool of senior guards from Guard-Alert who have a good track record and at least 2-year’s experience. All the guards undertake vigorous training in firearm handling, armed protection techniques, and cash-in-transit procedures and practice anti-attack and anti-ambush drills.

What happens if Armsec loses my belongings?

We have insurance for the transportation and storage of valuables whilst  in our custody.

How are your Cash In Transit vehicles tracked?

All our vehicles are tracked via satellite. Each branch has the facility to track their own vehicles but all vehicles nationwide are monitored by a dedicated clerk at our Head Office.

How do I know that your crew won’t tamper with my goods?

We collect cash and valuables from our clients in locked boxes which our crew do not have keys for. On top of this we provide security seals which are locked and opened in front of the client.

What equipment do the vehicles have?

All of our vehicles are fitted with specially designed, reinforced steel cash safes with dual locking mechanisms. The vehicles ,electronic fuel cut , panic and  satellite tracking systems. an Our fleet includes vehicles that are armoured, all-terrain and unmarked

Do you have cash storage facilities?

Yes we do. Our main facility is in Harare but w also have storage facilities in most of our branches throughout the country but some require minimum values.

Do you offer CIT outside Harare?

Yes, we have dedicated CIT vehicles in 25 centres across Zimbabwe but offer CIT in all 29 centres that we have branches in.
